Asking for a friend Really

We have a friend who has returned to the site after being away. Her time is up so she can post on forums again but its not letting her.I wonder if you sexy people any idea why she can't either add a new thread to the forum or reply to a thread? It just keeps saying beware of the forum rules b4 posting so she read them then left a reply to a post but it didnt show and she just gets the rules again,she has asked admin for help but still waiting. I hope I'm allowed to post this on her behalf admin , apologies if I'm not xx

Happened a few times to people, is she photo verified? I can't remember if that is one of the conditions now or not.

I know admin needed contacting for a few people

Happened to a friend of mine.

She contacted administration, waited a while, problem solved.

No idea what caused the problem though.
