Just wondering if there are any fellow latin/ballroom dancers on the site who are swingers (pardon the pun!)

I've been dancing for over a year now and whilst I think I have mastered my 'two left feet', I have to say that it is a great form of exercise, instills a lot of body confidence, and is a great way of meeting people socially.

In a strange way I think it's also helped me learn how to communicate better and to feel more relaxed in non-sexual, physically-close proximity to females.

And it certainly brings a whole new mean to 'swap partners please' in the classes.

If you haven't tried it, I'd certainly encourage you to give it a try, especially guys. I had all sorts of stereotypes about it before I went along, and they got busted and blown out of the water.
