Off ... and you put a pound on

Ok .. so I did celebrate my heritage this week and have Pizza etc as it was the 4th, it’s still disheartening when you stand on those scales and it says you’ve put a little on

Plus, it’s raining

Reasons to be cheerful on this Saturday please - of course if you know me, you know what will make me smile
