Why do people insist on sending friends request? I am having a little rant so sorry if anyone offended.

I state on my profile that private pics are for people i have met only!

So please can someone tell me what you get from being ignored and blocked? Is it worth the risk?

It's normal. It's also weird. Quite why I'd bookmark some random stranger and have them be able to access my more private pictures I do not know.

I just leave them pending forever.

If you think they read the the profile first then you are quite deluded...

They see your avatar, think i want a bit more of that and 'hey presto!' you have a friend request

Mad isnt it.

As inaswing said. Leave pending because then, as I understand it, they can't send another one.

You can also, if you so desire, check them out when they are not online then unfriend them.

Thereafter if you block and unblock the profile, their friend request will appear again. A friend of mine showed me this glitch in the system.

I got quite a nice message off someone today. Skimmed my friend requests and there he was. Puts me right off.

We get this all the time and often from people who are miles away so the likelihood of us ever meeting is so remote! It's crazy! We just ignore but don't delete, that way they can't send again!!....

Quite simply they just do not read your profile. Pics first as they speak a thousand words, however how those words are interpreted is where they go wrong. Most blokes will look at the pics and add thinking they will get a quick shag. Those that actually bother to read your profile normally comply! It does not take much to be courteous but it's a dying trait these days!
