Time for tea .

Was reading in health news . A simple way to reduce blood pressure? Drink tea. In a sex-month atudy, people having three cuppas a day saw both systolic and diastolic measures fall by 2-3 points. Lowers your risk of cornary heart disease ... Nice to think our tea is a tonic doing us good .

i like a nice assam tea tesco finest one has been my fave so far

but mainly i drink Indian Prince its co-op own

little house on the praire

Only drink herbal tea, not had a cup of "normal" tea since i ws about 7 years old, brings back bad memories

yes so drink up , I new tea was good for me my gran would say it all the time , She lived to 98 .

thats great my ole grandad is 94 at the mo and he swears by a daily bottle of new castle brown ale and hes got his self a gf

if it was a Sex-month study, how can they be sure it was the tea and not the sex?
