Are you ok? Ask yourself are you ok? Well that seems to be the opening message I receive, “ Are you ok?”

I now respond with no and a ludicrous answer to why I am not ok.

Just for fun, tell me why you are not ok.

No I am not ok thanks for asking (was waiting to be asked!)

I have ran out of tea, got no biscuits either! I need the toilet, but really cannot be arsed to move!

I'm hot, grumpy and in dire need of a foot rub

So as you can see life is pretty dire for me at this moment
