Need advice / motivation

So, I've wanted to fuck dad's girlfriends daughter for a while now she's 21 and quite flirty. My two ex's have told me they already thought I had because of the way she acts with me. I dropped her of after a party last year And she took about five minutes fiddling with the front door and her key before she went in and I think that may of been my chance, as if she was waiting for me to ask to come in. Don't know if I'm reading it wrong she's always play fighting and leaning on me. She's just got a boyfriend and I don't know if that's my chance gone. So need advice shall I make a move any one? Any one had similar experiences that either went well or bad and made life awkward?
