I've been in a kitchen for 13 hours and feel I've lost 4 stone in weight. Bed soon I hope

Worthing

Came back from the seafront where there was a cooling breeze. Could only stay outside in (south facing) garden for a few minutes when I got back!

Yes I'm exhausted too! I think that's because I'm also unfit but this heat does take it out of me. I had lots of walking to do today and I was definitely walking around like a lifeless zombie!

Indeed. I'm working nights this weekend and I spent the day not getting much sleep as my room was like an oven.

While I feel very tired and drained, I also feel like I've dropped a few IQ points from the heat.

I was out in it for 5 hours, including the hottest part of the day. As long as you keep taking the water in, you recover fairly quickly.

Notts/Derby

For some strange reason, I find it motivating. Not sure why. Did mean I gave the freezer it’s annual defrost. Think it helped being 32c
