Just had a big bowl of strawberries, blueberries, banana topped with maple roasted nuts and seeds with natural yogurt.

Omg..... could murder a fry up though

Breakfast today is a two part affair

Strawberry yoghurt and berries

Then gym

Then home for scrambled egg and a toasted bagel

That is this weekends concession to health sorted, cos after that, I'm out for a very rare 'few beers'
