"I undergo regular fasts , I find them beneficial on many levels In my opinion however I may suggest most people most of the time would simply find regular calorific reduction would achieve 80 percent of the benefits, with of course less of the dark side (oh yes like everything food related it has a dark addictive side) So I think full and extended fasting are advanced eating strategies and should only be undertaken after graduation and self understanding achieved 24hrs a 14 day period is quite safe and achievable for most, medical reasons excepted if course . In my opinion fasting does not mean no water or electrolytes " How would you fast? | |||
