I'm staying indoors.

Sleep naked with a damp sheet covering me, a fan keeps the sheet constantly cool.

Drink Pimms.

Drink rum.

Drink.....hic

I've posted an add for an ice queen/cold hearted woman for spooning, so far no luck.

Agreed. Bring it on. I have a fan, carrot oil and very little clothes. I have a tan that needs topping up.

When outside working a day shift I use an ice cloth around my neck, it's a life saver for me. Looks a bit odd though but I don't care.

Drink more water. Avoid alcohol. Stay out of the sun. Sunscreen, applied regularly. Getting burned will make it worse.

Wear loose clothing made of natural fibres.

Circulate air if possible (fans).

Sleeping under just a sheet (100% cotton if possible) can feel cooler than nothing.

25°C is my upper limit. No way I could handle the temperatures in France and Germany today

Den of Iniquity

A few years ago I was in Turkey on their record breaking heatwave. I'd booked a trip to on the worst day , and had to walk to the top of Marmaris castle . The thermometer on the roof said 52 degrees . Suffice to say I can survive 30
