A transsexual person couldn't tell you, even post op.

Biologically, men and women have different amounts of nerve endings in that area, pain receptors apparently work a little differently too.

I read somewhere there are 8000 nerve ending in the clitoris, so safe to say that area is sensitive.

Of all the questions you could have asked to further your education and understanding of trans issues you choose this ! .... I suppose it depends on the individual ... in your case a kick in the cock will undoubtedly lead to a head injury.....
