Hell yeah!...bring it on! Annoyingly have to get car fixed today so hanging around waiting for that will be a waste of good tanning time! Tomorrow and Saturday though will definitely be beach days....possibly naked beach days!!!

I was in Prague last week, where the temp was 36°, I melted. Came home and froze.

I was tempted to put the heating on last night as my thermostat was telling me it was 14°.

I hope it doesn't reach 40, that's too hot. I worry about my mum who seems unable to accept that it's ok to not wear tights or clothes made from man made fibre and lives with my dad who would rather everyone suffered than turn the fan on. Neither of them drink enough anyway and both refuse to change their routine just because "it's a bit warmer than usual"

Well the wife is,we go Spain in a couple of weeks aswell.

I'm ginger so factor 50 all the way,started applying 3 days ago just to keep safe lol

They only showed the the sun on the news and I got burnt and fainted lol

Really hate the sun and heat.

Unless you are the kind of person who understands what I mean when I say that I find the sun on my skin actually painful

I don't find the experience of sitting working or being in the sun in anyway pleasurable or relaxing.

So when it gets hot like this I absolutely hate it combined with the fact that I have to wear thick heavy black work trousers, and thick black Polo shirts it just doubles the agony.

So I am most definitely NOT looking forward to a heatwave.

Even in temps from 63f the sweat generated from around the waist area can be high and higher still when its hotter thats when sweat burns start to prevail or try to I,ve had plenty in the past for sure..

Enhland v India in the ICC World Cup today so I'm hoping it's not going to be too hot. Going to watch it at the fan park in Brum. It's been played at Edgbaston so there should be to be tons of India fans turning out.

I've heard that some of them are coming from as far afield as Smerhwick and West Brom. I even read a story about one family getting the tram all the way from Wolverhampton.

There's going to be stalls and street food with balti, samosas , chipati...they'll probably even put some Indian food on too.

It's going to be fantabulous

, I might even have a beer while I'm there.
