Trying to arrange a meet

How much advance notice is too much..or too little.

Currently have a meet planned end august and been told by someone that is too far away, even though they say they like as much time to arranfe as possible.

Should say im a little bit OCD with arranging meets, but have also been let down too many times when a last minute meet.

Longer time to chat and message shows a little commitment.
