I’ve lost 2.3 stone over the last 90 days. I’m taking a break this week, indulging a bit, then back on it next week.

I lost a stone in 2 months ..

No idea how but i look and feel better for it...

I'm now back to my pre baby weight of 12 st 7lbs so am sticking with that

23st to 16st over 6 years hardly any exercise and cutting down on food and cutting potatoes out of diet entirely.

I was wa ting to lose weight for a while but never had the motivation to do so.

Then I got ill, physically and mentally which aided toward my weight loss. No effort on my part but I'm now motivated to keep the weight off and focus on toning up a bit before I then move on to building muscle.

Jump rope is amazing for keeping weight off and toning up.
