I’m a _retty good cook if I say so myself, actually ran a kitchen for 12 years before I went front of house but I’m rubbish at omelettes, I can make them look ok ish but at home they look like scrambled egg with fillings in, anyone else wish they were better at something a lot of people find easy lol

Draw/sketch. I can see in my mind what I want to draw, but between there and my hand it all goes horribly awry

My niece is fantastic at drawing/sketching, I'm very envious of her lol

Better includes things you can't do at all - so play a musical instrument would be mine.

I also wish I was a better cook (and there are some that would say I can't do that either

) - I just don't enjoy doing it and get bored of it very easily.

Climb hills on my bike.

I can power along on flats or slight rises around 1 to 4 degrees but hills I really struggle with. I can go up them just not as fast as some of my friends.

Good god, it looks like someone has vomited over the paper when I draw with my right hand, I can't even begin to imagine how bad it'd be with my left hand

Oh my god I wish I could dance as well, when was younger the booze made me think I was throwing great shapes on the dance floor but look back now all I can see is a chunky guy making a ass of him self, no wonder I left a few times with a 3am angel ha ha

It’s all power to weight ratio, even losing a few kg can make a big difference. But the only way to get better is hill repeats, recover on the way down.
