If sex wasnt on the table...what is your best stress relief?

Mine I'd going to a Driving Range and hitting some golf balls as hard as I can.

"If sex wasnt on the table...what is your best stress relief?"

Sex on the bed then, or in the shower, the woods, a field at night etc.

Alternatively I'd play the piano for hours and hours.

I like to sit in the garden listening to the birds, doing deep breathing exercises.

I would love to live by the beach or even the countryside, I'm an outdoors person.

Gym is great I go regularly for the health/fitness element, but also includes socialising with friends I have made there

Gym is highly recommended for those that don't go or never been. Amazing benefits and well worth it. Nice to see how people progress over time in achieving their goals/targets.

For me, it's Music.

Not just anything, but Choral music at its most pure & gentle style.

Tomas de Luis Victoria or Byrd, or Tallis, or Lassus just send me into a dream like state of mind. Utterly relaxed afterwards.

I feel relaxed after listening to Thai music and waterfalls for half an hour, but that's another story.

Haha sexercise is fun

If sex is off the table like the OP is saying then sports/gym is another way to get sweaty. Not as pleasurable, but effective.
