For all those that were concerned, eyes are much better now. Phew! Being in charge is bloody hard work, but can I say with LJ's support last thread hit 177! Breaking PB of 175 and smashing it.

"Wrap it up tightly in filo pastry so it looks like a big spring roll. Deep fry quickly to crisp the pastry and dust with icing sugar and blow torch it to caramalize. Yep but we've just had trifle, it was yummy. ""Don't worry about him" "Keep him under control" This ain't helping with my confidence you know!! The kingdom is under attack... eek! Did someone mention trifle... now that is yummy... wait.... Hold it right there!! Nobody distracting me!! I maybe an amateur at this, but I watch "beat the chef" and as a quick learner of sorts I know a thing or two about ingredients/recipes so back off people... jeez it's getting hot in here. Anyone got any ice cream left!?
And another thing...
Shrewsbury... Shrewsbury!! No wonder... *intruder alert* how the heck did Chef get through the defences... all of you with a weakness for ice cream! Tut tut letting your guard down.
