I gave up last year when it suddenly stopped working on my laptop. Just tried again and simply can’t get it to work - any ideas? I’ve downloaded the thingy and followed all instructions. The online community help thing is a farce.

Grumble mumble.

Do you pay membership for it on laptop? .. I remember having it and it was awful .. kept billing after we cancelled

No. Was trying the free seven day thing.

Yeah I had a fight to cancel last time. It stopped working and then get charging. I wrote down the instructions for how I secured the termination and was prepared to fight but wanted to watch again first.

Does it play through the browser or do you have to download an app/player to your laptop?

Cant say I've tried it on laptop as I use tablet and bt TV box (although annoyingly you can only get movies through TV not entertainment).

It might be that its incompatible with the browser you are using or the browser needs to be updated. You would ordinarily get a warning though or something.

I'll stop there as that's as far as my techyness goes these days.

They're probably wanting to charge you to watch first :/ I haven't a clue how now TV works now I just use Virgin media or Netflix for my stuff.

It never worked well on my laptop but its great on my phone app and i have a now TV stick for the telly..works ok on there but if it ever needs resetting I just unplug it and start again

Can't help with how it runs on a laptop or pc but it's good on a now TV stick and a PS4, very easy to set up too.

Sometimes if you have problems with wifi it goes a bit iffy too

I use the stick too and had no problems at all
