Be a tad concerned if they had been online but with no contact with us. If they hadn't been online less concerned but would want confirmation before heading to a meet.

I stay in touch with my meets before, during and after.

If a proposed meet goes silent and I haven’t from them the day before I assume it’s a no show and don’t follow up.

I agree, if they've not been on then give them the benefit of the doubt but once it gets to 3ish if you've still heard nothing I'd assume it's not happening.

I would have some sort of chat everyday after a meet was arranged.

More importantly a few conversations on the phone usually confirm a meet is taking place.

If they are phone-shy(many on here are to my surprise?) then I assume a meeting will never be taking place.
