As the title says... started using one recently and temporarily increases girth but I've read becomes more permanent with more use. Any one shed any light?

Can't shed any light OP but have just viewed them. I would say they are probably fun solo and may have uses in the fet scene.

Waste of time and money.

Effects are only temporary.

People with issues getting it up MAY find a benefit in the long run.

But you have to keep using it routinely to keep up the appearance of your "Bigger" dong. Bit like wearing a toupe I suppose...
