Generally pessimistic as I find that optimism just leads to disappointment. As for the glass, if it was full then half of the liquid taken out then it is half empty, while if it was only filled halfway to begin with then its half full.

Optimism all the way for me.

At the end of the day we’re all teeny tiny specks built off the very outer core of a small planet in a solar system that is one of millions of billions of solar systems.

Whatever we do, this planet blows up in a few billion years when the sun gives up. We are all so small and insignificant.

So I don’t take anything too serious. I’d rather spend the short life I’ve been gifted with getting naked or laughing.

Or sometimes, if I’m really lucky, both!

Well done on making it through Monday folks...

I'm actually a optimist often mistaken for a pessimist. But that's only because I'm a realist and normally have a firm grasp on a situation and able to make a clear assement of how dire a situation is. So when I tell people how it is, they often think I'm being a pessimist. But I actually massively optimistic and hopeful even in the darkest of situations. I all ways have hope and optimism in mankind even when I see clearly how dark things are.

I disagree, its not just blind optimism, its based on experience. I have been, seen, experienced some pretty dark places and times in my life. And often it has amazed me how often good has come through, how strong peopld can be and how powerful love is, it can save the world (I believe that). I just am always awear of how bad things are too. Sometimes people don't like uncomfortable realities but I like to know, I don't like blissful ignorance. And of course sometimes we don't have good outcomes but I'm not the sort of person that resigns in the face of a bad prognosis.
