I like both, but I eat fried eggs more. I like the yellow bit as it slowly runs out from the egg when you touch it with the fork mmmmm

Depends on the egg.

Chicken - poached

Duck - fried

Goose - boiled

Quail - made into mini scotch eggs

Guinea Fowl - make a great fried egg too.

Fried, sunny side up or scrambled. Not a big fan of boiled eggs unless they're curried.

Both. A fried egg sandwich is just the best.A boiled egg with salad and as a cold sandwich is as good. So I can not pick out which one I prefer.. it's made me hungry now and I'm thinking of a fried egg sandwich. ...

"We have chickens and their eggs are delicious whichever way you cook them. "

We have bantams, their eggs are really tricky to get just right when you want a soft boiled egg because they’re so small. Flavour is incredible though, however they’re prepared

Fried. I'm not sure what the English expression is but a friend of mine explained the difference between the americanisms over easy and sunny side up.

I dont understand how anyone can have a fried egg where the top of the yolk isn't cooked (sunny side up). I've been known to send a full English back to the kitchen if the eggs are undercooked. The top of the yolk should not be raw. Either flip it (over easy) or spoon some oil over the top...

Anyway. Perhaps I should have saved this rant until Thursday. Haha
