Whatcha having? I'm going to be totally jealous of all those people having a lovely Sunday roast, I'm low on food till tomorrow's delivery so I made a frittata this morning which I had for dinner and tea, made with roasted sweet potato, onion and mushroom, with spinach and parmesan. Very nice it was too.

So come on, make me jealous of all the gravy covered goodness..

On a mooch

Not had anything yet. I can’t make up my mind.

Heart was set on a nice, fresh crunchy salad & pork burrito, salsa, guacamole and sour cream, but they ran out of G & SC, so now everything else is blah.

Aww bless you! There's not enough of that these days. I'm sure it was very appreciated. X

I bulk cook, normally on a monday, and that sorts the week out.

Sometimes its the slow cooker so it is all done for when I get in, other times fresh.

Today, busy, so no fresh, hence the shredded wheat.

Bulk/batch cooking is the way to go. I've a freezer full of meals I've made in the last week or so. Always do double so you can freeze meals for those nights you cba to cook.
