After a conversation last night we realised that we don't actually have any people on our hotlist, so we are looking for applicants but being the nice sorts we thought we'd open it out to everyone.

Post that you're in on the thread and if you see someone that you like or has caught your attention, then pop them on your list. The key thing though is to send them a message to let them know!

I add them then observe their updates for a few weeks before contacting them, if there's any dodgy status updates about drugs or slagging people off they get deleted.
