I’ll qualify that a bit more. I do get times when I turn it back on usually triggered by something on here, particularly reminders of what I’d really like to be enjoying from friends. However I have learned to switch it off so it is very much in the background so I can get on with life without a priapism

Exactly! Example chocolate - it makes me really ill but because I cant have it, I want it! I have chocolate cravings that have to go unsatisfied!

Gotta be honest, could be because I'm tired and had an emosh few days, but when people say stuff like, "Yes, and I won't give up until I get it" (I know that hadn't directly been said) are part of the reason I struggle to trust others.
