I love jacket potatoes

Always made in the oven with proper butter and extra mature cheddar.

Then either baked beans and coleslaw.

Tuna mayo

Chilli con carne and coleslaw

Prawn Marie rose

Chicken and sweetcorn

And a side salad

Try hot crispy lardons on top of the cheese.

And for garlic lovers...try using garlic butter instead of normal butteur

So firstly proper crispy. I usually do them in the oven on 140 for three hours yum!!

I'm one of those funny people who doesn't eat animals or anything from animals but I don't like to go on about it. So usually flora beans and vegan cheese if I've got any. But I also love veggie chilli and cheese. But hummus is also a game changer

Garlic butter mash/run through with a sharp knife numerous times so the butter has penetrated everywhere. Loads of mature cheddar grated on top and a huge dollop of tuna mayo.
