Neither, but must be English mustard on sausages or steak. Don't eat much red meat, chicken/fish mostly but only a few days a week. Semi vegetarian for health reasons.

It's start with bbq (this actually defaulted to bbw with predictive text) sauce, then it's spicy mayo, mint sauce and before you know it is black truffle ketchup and Sriracha.
