"What did you want help with? Wasn't clear best pcs to buy "brands etc" " Right ok. It depends on how much you want to spend and what the specifics are really there's a big variations in prices on PC's from a few hundred to a few thousand all comes down to what you'll need.

"good memory good hardrive space ( i do externals thou) usb plug ins about upto 600 " Be worth just going onto PC world or somewhere that lets you build a custom PC pop in what you think you need and get a rough idea on price. My recommendations would be: AMD processor as they're generally cheaper and pretty reliable over Intel I'd say about a gigabyte RAM would be sufficient for photo editing etc If you've got quite high capacity external storage then you probably won't need a big hard drive.

"Have a look on chilblasts Webb site as pretty good with pre built pc s. Would pack 16 gig of ram as editing can use lots of it. As to macs they are around the same price as a similar spec pc. Would look at a Mac book air. " I did video editing on a fairly decent amount of footage on decent video editing software with my PC an it only has 4gb RAM 16 would be massive overkill for a casual PC
