If I lived on a plane could I fly back through the time zones and never have a birthday because I’d be travelling back in time and therefore stay 33 forever.

I know I’d age physically but would my age change as eventually I’d travel back to yesterday!!

Must stop drinking wine!! Makes me think of random stuff

No. You are still ageing bodily despite Earth time as determined by orbiting the Sun. Even if you zapped into another part of space your life is determined by living, eating and cell regeneration. Grow old gracefully

I know my body is ageing but am I gaining years as in as a number only

I’m very happy growing old (dis)gracefully.

Just stuff going round in my head

Yes. Your age is the time in days/years since you were born. The length of that time would continue no matter what you were doing. An hour spent in 1990 is still an hour added onto your age.

Ruislip

Without wishing to be boring, your theory doesn't take into account the International Date Line. If they hadn't invented that then you could be 14 again by the end of the month.

Rookie tine travel mistake. Look at Dr Who, she's centuries old wherever she is. And Doc Brown and Marty didn't become youthful in 1955!!

Not at the moment, planes are not fast enough, maybe some of the top fighter jets could catch up with the day, but in turn use a lot of fuel so couldn't keep up the pace.

Now I thought all women were 21 + years of experience hence you are now 21 + 12 years of experience.
