Morning all.. I have thought long and hard before asking this question .. only because I probably will get abuse! But anyway here goes!

I am not a nasty person and reply too as many messages as i can. Have been on the swinging scene for years and know what i do and don’t want! I have had to make my profile pretty blunt and to the point yet i am called a time waster because I only meet in clubs?

Why is this!! As am far from a time waster just keep both worlds separate!

When I used to get messages, if I wasn’t interested I would just delete and block as I found a polite no thank you didn’t work and it wasn’t worth the hassle. I stated on my profile that I do this and I’ve never had any horrible messages since then. It’s up to you what you want from this site. There are no rules saying you have to reply or meet, just ignore them

Much safer for single women to meet in clubs, make new friends and socialise. I don't know why some get so shitty about how others run their profiles. It's not like it affects them. They're just bitter you won't meet them.

Your profile verifications show you are far from being a time waster. I can only think that the person who called you that thought they were special and that you should change your criteria just for them - they had that feeling of entitlement because they invested a bit of time in you.

I had this when I wasnt meeting.

Clearly stated on my profile so that I wasnt wasting anyones time.

Got called all kinds of names.

Report and block.

Do what you want. At least you're upfront about it.

I'd personally only message someone who stated they meet only in clubs if I knew they were going to the same event I was. Meeting in clubs exclusively is your own personal choice. People should either accept that or move on. Simple.

Or rather it should be simple, but people have a talent for making things complicated...either in their minds or through their actions

Why make it your problem by having a profile you'd rather not have OP? The problem is not with you, but those that can't handle being rejected by you - so make it their problem and simply delete and block, and set filters etc to minimise the potential for abuse.

Go back to running *your* profile how *you* want to and if people don't like it then tough

I'm the same, only play in clubs so when I get messages and I may want to talk to them I make it clear in first message and point them in the direction of...

"I presume you have read even the first couple of lines of my profile, happy to chat but won't meet privately under any circumstances"

Not been called a time waster yet, touch wood.

If someone is then starts chatting to me over time and asks again I respond with

"I hope your not asking for a private meet even a social as id hate to block you like all the other ones as you know full well I only play in clubs and will only go to clubs with trim"

Ether we carry on chatting or not and if asked again after that I'll just block.

If they do ask for a private meet from the off or are persistent I just block.

A lot have changed to meeting in clubs only, myself included. And for me it's down to time wasters, flakes, stalkers, safety, not having time for hundreds of messages eventually leading to nowhere coz they bottle out etc etc etc.

You run your profile/life for you and stuff everyone else. Let the block/report button become your friend.

The men just want a quick shag ideally for you to accommodate too I’m guessing, some might find a club tacky or some don’t want to pay to go into a club, tight miserable gits,

Or they are ashamed to go into a club, whilst it’s ok to meet secretly doing it in a clubs going to mean they will have ID checked, most cheating guys don’t want to do that I’d imagine how many people here use fake names?

Only meeting in clubs is a great filter

I used to get messages from couples profiles suggesting a meet when on many occasions I suspected single guys were behind quite a few of them.Since I put only meeting in clubs in my profile most people making contact are definitely more genuine

i get this alot, and i realised its not me its them who are the issue.

why, THEY MESSAGED ME to think that i would make an exception yet my profile at the time mentioned criteria's and preferences

I see time wasting as getting to know someone for a few days agreeing to meet then just not showing. That's time wasting not reading someone's profile and seeing they only meet in clubs.

Not sure why they do that!! Mind you we had a couple who messaged us for ages and ages. Wanting to meet, etc. We arranged to meet them at a party (Cornwall is thin on the ground for swinging what little we do have is Devon and a well hosted party that's regular is a fave).

So we get there. Hubby goes up to say hi and they didn't speak!! Like what was that about?! I think it's because she wanted hubs to bareback and we said no.

After so many time wasters and bad experiences we don't do much private stuff unless we've met before.
