"When OH when can we have a ‘hide profile from this user’ button OR ‘hide profile except to friends .... how difficult can it be ? If you unfortunate enough to have acquired a stalker, And I mean a stalker in the real sense of the word .... affecting your life in real time and fab time, being able to hide from them would be sooooo useful, not to mention reassuring. Blocking doesn’t work, they can still see your profile bio and avatar, and when you were online only needs a hotlist entry for them to keep tabs on you. C’mon fabs..... please please please sort something out "whilst most on here would have sympathy for you and agree in principal the suggestions would do nothing to stop the determined "stalker" getting to you multiple profiles will always exist and deleting and making a new profile happens all the time ( not always for subversive reasons)  | |||

Already done, several times and in depth down the legal route. I appreciate that fabs is not a police force.... but even Facebook has a blocking facility that completely blocks. | |||

How can a blocked profile see your updates?
It’s not the status updates that concern me, it’s when online is visible and any avatar photo and bio is visible .... "They can't see your bio or avatar. Unless they are using other accounts to do so. | |||

So I would have to disagree as I tested and I can see nothing whatsoever. He blocked me after months of friendship after I refused to enter a relationship with him, not because I stalked him or anything lol x" I would love to know how he’s managed that .... could it be that if you are the one that is doing the blocking you can still see their profile summary... but if you are the one having been blocked you see nothing .... if that is the case I am slightly reassured  | |||

If you have blocked someone then you shouldn't be able to see their profile either. All you can see is there avatar, location and tagine and last online if you look at your blocklist. "So what would you see if you are the blockee not the blocker ? .... anyone ?  | |||

As far as I know, you would see nothing other than forum posts. "Unless you counter-block then you can see the same info in your block list. | |||
