To be fair.. I think the photo has improved my figure a bit. I've not deliberately doctored it to do so. All I added were two filters for mood and cropped it. I was quite surprised to see myself like that.

Oh it’s quite surprising what the correct angle and just the right amount of filter can do for your photos... having said that, you’ve got to have it to begin with... confidence is key to looking good in photos.. and by the looks of it, you have it ten fold!

1) how do you think your family would react; and

2) you say colleagues might see it, is it the sort of photo that would be frowned upon by your company, some have strict rules and you wouldn’t wish to jeopardise your job

As to whether it goes on Instagram all I would comment is

1) how do you think your family would react; and

2) you say colleagues might see it, is it the sort of photo that would be frowned upon by your company, some have strict rules and you wouldn’t wish to jeopardise your job

1. probably poorly.

2. Work are fine with it. Totally. We have rude calendars in the back and the women are worse than us men are

Well based on that it all comes down to your family’s reaction and could you handle it.

Or as people suggested an alternative account for your photos and your proposed project and then you can invite who can see it. Leaving your other account for your other work

All you have to ask yourself is, how would you feel if your family members or work colleagues saw these types of selfies? Knowing you, if you are comfortable with these pictures being out there then all who know you wouldn't have a problem with them either!

PS definitely want photos next time!!! X
