I adored the man.

I was watching ‘Shock Treatment’ with my daughter and from that we went down quite the Mayall rabbithole. She thinks he was certifiably mad. That was the beauty of him I guess.

Oh Cliff. Sometimes it must be really difficult to not feel as if, you really are a cliff, when facsist keep trying to push you over it.

I seen him twice during the '80s. He just started pretty much like he does in this clip. The whole audience would erupt and this could go for 5 minutes or before he got into the show.

I don't think anybody else has come close for me.
