A gouge? Sounds painful. I’m sure you’d only want to measure it once.

That’s the thing though, you can see a cock. Admittedly there’s an odd pic that shows up in the hot pics where the gynaecologist wouldn’t need a speculum, so no need to ask if they’re tight, but generally I just wonder how you’d know?
