CD walkmens were the worse, the size of them you would need to be a kangaroo to have somewhere to put it.

All of my CD collection is stored on ma P.C., although I have quite a few vinyl albums and cassette tapes, I generally have them on CD now, or listen to them on YouTube

The old vinyl that brings back memories. Going to small record shops, having a listen to new releases and finding some old gems. That was 30 odd yrs ago!! I'm all nostalgic now..good times.

I’ve recorded some of my vinyl onto mp3 so when I use a high-tech Bluetooth from my phone to my car, I still get the crackles and clicks.

They become part of the song and it sounds strange if they’re not there

Yes, portable cd players are still available. Argos sell a selection - cheapest is £12.99. They even sell a cassette walkman too .

IPods are still available (Nano and Touch), but in my opinion too expensive, and overkill if you just want something to play mp3 music on.

Ha ha, there's many a track that cuts off before the end when I've recorded it from vinyl to tape back in the 80's, but now I listen to the entire album from start to finish it sounds kinda weird
