By name, and if they ask I’ll just say ‘my husband’

Or ‘my partner’ or ‘my husband’ or the very popular ‘my owner’

Hate it... My ex used to refer me as it, ironically I was someone else Mrs at the time.

Much prefer 'my wife/gf/partner/other half'

Owner sounds a little temporary , like you're going to 'off' him on eBay any day soon.

If they needed elaboration I’d probably say my wife I suppose.
