I was driving myself crazy I have amazing small people and an amazing hubby and realised it’s not fair to them for me to be as I was being, so step by step I have taught myself that no matter what or how hard we try to, we will never know what tomorrow brings and so worrying yourself to death about it is fruitless, I’m a much more calm and happier person I still have the odd mad thought but I think that’s ok and a rational, we all have the odd thought about what if ...... don’t we
