So will Fabswingers be part of the Tory Porn ban coming in soon and be shut down?

Not really a ban is it? Rather an age verification process? Or am I wrong?

Technically no, but the government will be keeping a list of those who register for some future reason.

And therefore Fabswingers... part of this or not?

"So will Fabswingers be part of the Tory Porn ban coming in soon and be shut down? "

Firstly it's not a ban it's just you'll have to prove you are over 18 by either buying an age verification card or verify with credit card details (you have to be over 18 to have a credit card) secondly, these measures were coming whoever was in power.

Costa Blanca Spain...

It's not just a UK thing.

On the German site we use age verification is necessary to view anything more than tits and arse.

Anything showing cock, pussy, or any sex act is labelled "FSK 18" and blurred out unless you enter a password.

However to make things easier lots of affiliated swinger clubs can do the verification face to face.

Maybe something that FAB should look at.

We will find out if Fab is covered by it the morning of July 15th when it comes into force. Not convinced we will get any advanced notification.

Huddersfield /derby cinemas

While accepting that there may be a need for age verification before watching porn ( does anyone think it ok for youngsters to watch porn ? ) ,,, I watched and enjoyed ( as many others did ) the BBC series Line Of Duty , in which a serving police officer was seen to be having his throat cut in a very graffic scene ,,,, I am just asking the question ,, should this programme also need age verification before watching ?

"Is it a Tory porn ban?"

No because it's not a porn ban it's just tighter age verification and it was inevitable it would happen at some point regardless of who's in power,

So age verification by supplying your personal details for verification. Second step, access to the users for "Law Enforcement" purposes. Then other agencies such as it becomes part of the DBS process. Result: you lose your job for registering.

Avoid.

As for Fab? I suspect it will be covered and we lose the unfettered access and swinging changes forever.

I'm guessing that those who are site supporters won't be affected having already verified by paying online. Free users are most likely to be blocked.

It's really not about porn, it's about the government trying to link specific Internet usage to a particular individual. How do they get people to sign up? Make registration mandatory for what 80% of the Country uses it for.

Worthing

"What is VPN? "

Virtual Private Network. Tunnel Bear is free but there is a download limit so maybe only the one Sasha Grey video can be watched each month.

site supporters could be affected unless they've used a credit card to pay (you need to be 18 to have one) I've already had to verify myself as over 18 with my mobile broadband provider 3, although I've been with them on a contract since 2013 a couple of months ago I found I was blocked from Fabswingers and Fabguys, all that was needed was a quick phone call to 3 moblie to verify with my credit card details and within half an hour I was back online, no payments were ever taken from my credit card.

Do they really think the average 14 yr old can’t get around that one ?

Seriously though once they have brought that in it’s the slippery slope of control of the masses

The thing which strikes me as curious is that this is targeted at sites with sexual content, yet violence seems to be ok. Moreover, it’s ok to have programmes like Naked Attraction or The Bodyguard which feature naked bodies or sex on TV which is far more accessible to young people. I think that the hypocrisy of politicians is obscene, but nobody seeks to block it.
