Well adult baby is not very appealing to me at all however erotic lactation does but with a right person.

Obviously you don’t need to be pregnant to lactate . Women can re-lactate even after so many years if they at least once produced breast milk in the past.

It’s hard work and wouldn’t fit with working people lifestyle.
