Hi guys

Me and my little girls are doing the race for life on Sunday in remembrance of my lovely mother in law who sadly died last September after a short battle with cancer.

We signed up quite late so haven't done any training so will just be running intermittently and keeping it fun. They are only little and I don't run as a rule unless I am being chased lol.

Just wondering who else is doing it soon and food wise what to eat on the day and how long before. It starts at 11am on Sunday.

Wish us luck xxx

Wish you all the luck and I hope it goes well X

Food wise I'd say porridge on the morning or wheatabix , slow release foods I guess.

Maybe energy bars too.
