Lenny Henry, getting a Doctorate when my son got his MA.

Had us all in stitches with his acceptance speech, mingled with everybody at the buffet afterwards.

A very funny man.

Huey Lewis & The News. I have met the four remaing members out of the original six and they have so much time for their fans. One of them even invited me back stage.

Sadly it doesn't look likely they will perform again as Huey has hearing problems that developed in the last couple of years. I have many happy memories though.

Through my job, I've met all types of sportsmen and celebs.

From David Beckham to Noel Gallagher but my favourite was boxer Joe Calzaghe ... Great banter.

I once dated a girl from a 90s girl band she was nice ...

Can you define famous? This will surely depend upon individual differing fields of interest.

Lois Pryce was working at the BBC in London, firmly set on the career track. Secretly was a biker babe with such a wanderlust she gave it all up and hit the road. Never returned. Written a few books featured in a well known travel documentary.I had the fortune of hearing her speak at a big bikers event and then spending a weekend at hers whilst traveling myself. Completely inspiration and one of the most humble and unassuming people I've met.

Met Pete Postlethwaite in the beer tent at Ludlow Christmas Fair. Shared a table sitting with our respective small children.

I introduced mysekf and he did the same. I said, "I know who you are!"

He replied, "Good, we'll say no more about it then!"

Spent the next hour chatting about anything and everything but acting. In fact he wanted to know more about me.

Lovely man.

HM The Queen and Prince Philip when I was in the R.A.F. They had arrived at a certain base overseas and I was on guard duty with my dog. HM & HRH paused before getting into their car, came over and spoke to me asking about the dog and how we coped with the heat etc. HRH said he would get someone to bring a bone for the dog. True to his word later that day someone came and gave me a very large knuckle bone for the dog courtesy HM & HRH!

She was due to go on tour and training at a local gym I trained at. The gym has a vertical tanning booth and the only thing separating it from the women’s gym was a curtain which was closed for you to strip down and go into the booth. Well as you can imagine I got down to my birthday suit when the curtain flung open and Faye shouting “oh shit” closing the curtain. I carried on, when I came out she was very apologetic. I didn’t have the heart to say “your turn”

I was involved in the filming of the movie rush, I built the replica cars used in the film, and was a stunt driver, became good friends with Chris Hemsworth, every time he's in the UK or I'm in aus, where he grew up, or America, where he has a house, we meet up for a pint, he often brings along a Hollywood mate, stallone et, also met danual broul, don't know the spelling, he was a prick, oh and worked with Lewis Hamilton and a lot of the current f1 guys in their early life before f1, often Lewis invites me to races, with full merc bigwig hospo, just got back from Monaco, and loads of other racing big names, Chris once brought haly Berry for a beer, and yes she is that hot, also did a BMW add with Madonna and Clive Owen, they both send me invites to premieres, the add was selling the new for then m5 it's hilarious, it's online, search the hire, Madonna took us all out for dinner after filming, it was directed by guy Richie this is back when they were married, he was another prick, not surprised the divorced, and loads of others, and guess what I do for a living lol

Have to say 5ive, they always looked after their fans, making sure anyone waiting outside was warm and fed, even their mums were lovely by letting us use their loos

But also a guy called John Campling who plays a death eater in Harry Potter was at a charity event a couple of years back, he was absolutely lovely with Doughnuts daughter and helping our charity out.

I think the nicest person was Donnie Wahlberg just over ten years ago now, he made sure I didn’t leave our meet and greet without having a proper cuddle.
