A work in progress .... But seriously it hurts like a bitch!

So as an attempt to try and keep fit I've been doing some at home exercises lately and holy shit am I feeling those squats, legs have gone to jelly haha ..... .. push ups and sit ups are going well.

But I'm a long way off 100 a day for each.
