One of my faves for many years. Buttered pasta with black pepper and a drop of lemon juice and sometimes a litte fresh herb folded through ........ amazing

Butternut squash, sweet potato and papaya

We used to purée these for my son and freeze them when we were weening him. We’d never had such things before he was born.
