Isn’t it amazing how a little change in clothing can change how you feel?

I’ve just changed my trainers (just to a different white pair) and instantly feel better and more confident in how I look.

Probably look no different to anyone else!

Good fitted clothes/shoes can definitely have that effect.

I feel ugly when I don't like my clothes or shoes. I pay very much attention to what I wear. So I definitely get what you mean op.

Just for today I'm gonna wear a white trainer on ma left foot, and a black trainer on ma right foot. I might even put ma right sock on the wrong foot as well for good measure
