Oh ok, he's good too. I'll have to Google it and take look.

I suppose it could work..

I took a peak and it didn't work for me.

It didn't work for me either. Susan Boyle singing on her own would have been better x

Chams or Socials

Both great singers but my god as a duet they were hard to listen to! SB looked really nervous too

Ball was struggling to try and harmonise with Boyle IMO

Felt so sorry for Susan, she clearly felt uncomfortable & perhaps a bit overwhelmed singing with Michael. You could see he sensed it when chatting to Ant & Dec as put a reassuring arm around her.

Get me using first names as though I know them all personally!

Seen in far off places

I have never ever watched BGT

Boyle and Ball you say?

My reasons for not watching such an abysmal show are reinforced...

They sound much better in the recording. From watching Susan Boyle on telly previously I don't think live performances are her forte. I also think that Michael Ball was trying to reassure her throughout. They're both good singers but his confidence and experience tells.

Why was Susan Boyle there? Was Tommy Cannon unavailable?!

"2 voices that don't belong together completely at odds with each other vocally or am I wrong? "

She looked petrified of Ball. Why not just celebrate Boyle for the talent she has without any distraction?

That duet is their current single I think or might be on her álbum. It's in conjunction with the rock choir

Hiding in the shadows

My youngest loves Diversity (ok so do I)

But he had no idea who SuBo was, I told him she'd been the runner up, was a funny little woman who'd walked in stage, the stunned everyone when she sang.

After they'd finished he just looked at me

"yeah, I'm stunned! She was bad!"

I couldn't argue with him

The Ball/Boyle effort reminded me a bit of the Freddie Mercury/Monserrat Caballe duet, Barcelona. Both great singers, but neither Boyle or Mercury were professionally trained and that becomes very obvious when they duet with trained singers. Vocal chalk and cheese.
