This is usually the case for me as well.. However I haven't messaged many women for awhile.

I find the ones who I am attracted to in my area never reply.

Same for me lol.. that’s when I end up deleting my account, then a week later realise this is the closest place for me to get laid so I reopen an account, only to realise it’s still the same frustration as before. To be honest I wish I could live a life without knowing about this place

You see OP, I don't think of it in terms of "success" which makes it sound like you're in a competition and a reply is a "prize" of some sort which couldn't be further from how I see it.

Does the site meet my expectations? Absolutely it does, in fact it's probably surpassed them by quite some margin.

Do I enjoy my experience of the site? Again absolutely, I wouldn't be here if I didn't.

Do I think of myself as "successful"? Not in the slightest.

If they get read then maybe around 5 but the key word is IF theu get read lol.

Think ive sent 8 messages over the weekend and they are still sat there in yellow unread and i know never will be as they are probably under a hundred other messages by now.

Hmm... tricky but I like to think it’s ok. I say tricky because sometimes I send a message knowing I won’t get a response and duely don’t. I’d say, if I’m what the person is looking for it’s around 1 in 3 / 4

So, I have checked back (not wanting my 9/10 suggestion to appear merely anecdotal).

I can confirm a 9/10 response rate to be accurate / a true reflection.

6 of these were from forum user's who will have (may have?) seen my prior dialogue interactions in a group chat scenario - all x6 responded.

The other x4 were speculative attempts at meeting whilst I was working away on business recently - x3 of these responded.
