I like them with cherries and whipped cream in them, well that's how we are having them this evening ... other than that plain and simple too .... bit like myself.

I have cheated this year and brought some ready made ones! We have lemon and sugar, honey and some chocolate sauce to have with ours! Mmm

Make pancakes as normal fold into qtrs

add a good knob of butter to the pan, allow to melt, sugar, orange juice and the grated zest of the orange, grand marnier and brandy , then add the pancakes and allow to slowly warm through

When I had my Aga I used to make them directly onto the hotplate .... fed half the neighbourhood pancakes bacon and maple syrup every saturday morning.

It causing a domestic in this house. I have them for dinner with bacon/syrup/caster sugar/cheese

Darren things this is absolute blasphemy and has his for pudding with chocolate and banana.
