I work for a Manchester company that has several hundred people working on the same site. When I joined fab a couple of years ago there was never anyone “near me”. But now there are several “very near” many with face pics and at least one I manage. I know several personally and know their partners too. Too close to home OR why not?

I’d stop looking if I were you

If you see them - they see you

Too close to home. It's all well and good saying NSA but if one person gets the feels or gets jealous it can get a bit messy.

Face pics when posted are friends only. But I get you point.

Too close for comfort! We don’t want our private life to mix with our professional or everyday life. And those with public face pics are not likely to appreciate the need for discretion so they’d definitely be on our block list.

I usually block those within a 5 mile radius as i live in a small town and would rather not be recognised whilst out and about

I don’t have that trouble living in the sticks, the nearest person is a plane flight and 2 time zones away or that’s the way it seems. Insert violin playing where applicable.

Know how you feel when I can look to play there is no one near. When it is off the cards it seems like I am falling over people fabbing.

I had to change my location as I was seeing too many pictures of people who live within a 2 minute walk from me and I didn't like it at all. I don't want to get involved with locals.

There's a lass from highschool that's popped up recently and still local ... I don't know if I should feel awkward or happy. .. I've seen photos of her sucking dick and she's seen my dick no doubt so I'm not really that bothered how close people are.

Unless you have naked Fridays at work, I doubt you'd be recognised. Beyond that I'm not sure what you're asking? If it's should you give staff incentives by fucking them, I'd say "NO" not sure HR would appreciate that.

No that is not what I am asking, and I think you know that. I am just asking for the collective wisdom of fab on when messages should I reply or block.

So you're being contacted on here from people at work?, If they don't say they know you from work, then surely they will if you meet. That's your answer really.

over there by that tree

Definitely to close, I had a lady colleague message me when my face pic was public.... we had a chuckle about it then we agreed to block.

She keeps popping up to have a perv every now and again though

P.O. Box DE1 0NQ

I used to work on building sites, and was always open about the fact that I was on here. There used to be a young lad (in his early 20's) that would come up to me most Monday morning break times and ask "Have you done any swinging this weekend Rich?"

He set up his own account a couple of months later, not sure if he's still on here though
