Out if we're talking about traditional pasty as it's not part of the original recipe(or so I was led to believe during my pasty research on trips down)

Definitely Out!

Cornish pasties do not contain carrots.

Although if you’ve ever thrown up after eating one, it’s amazing that they appear to be in the mix.

I was born in Aston and i've had to aclimatise to living in Liverpool. When I get used to it I will let everyone know but i've only been here for 62 years and these things take time.

So, that’s long enough to have picked up the accent! I’ll readjust the voice I use to read your posts.

Well I'm half Cornish and a pastie would be my last meal if I was ever on death row so this is the worst kind of insult to me....dont get me started on those who have ketchup with theirs either

Carrot can fuck off, it has no place in a pasty.

Question is, will you put swede or turnip in yours? Devon or Cornwall...?

Most of the pasty shops I call into when in holiday or down with work have shed loads of options.

Keep the traditional one without and then if you want the veggie, tikka, cheese and Brie, Thai, full English breakfast (I kid you not) you're covered
